How do you test a service that is not yet available and hard to prototype? In his graduation project Chris took a closer look at the implementation of the bank card in Dutch public transport. During his project he created a service concept that aimed at giving travellers an easy way of accessing public transport using their contactless bank card. In order to test this concept he recreated the context users would experience while using the service in order to get the right feedback. During his presentation Chris will share his learnings with his way of testing a service design.
